Problem: 2019 MacBook Pro will not detect printers
Has anyone had the problem where the Macbook will not detect any printer? If so, what was the cause, and fix?

I had a problem such as you describe, although there is no way to determine from your question whether my problem and your problem are the same. In my case, I had to go get updated printer drivers from, e.g., HP.
