why my home phone get a busy signal when call my iphone

I did but no solution. By serendipity I decided to delete all the phone numbers on my blocked phone list that have the same area code and some similar numbers and voila now I can call my iPhone from home phone.

Why I always get busy signal when I call my iPhone 13 pro from my home phone. My home phone number is not on the blocked account.
