How to remove beta from iPhone
So I downloaded the beta of ios 16 and I want to go back to 15.5. Is IPSW a trustable thing to downgrade back to 15.5??

That depends where you download it from.
But you don't need to download an IPSW, you can follow the steps here to return to iOS 15:

Don't know whether this is "trustable" or not, but the software is provided by Apple, and I would trust Apple over 3rd party software.
