There are many 00.unix files in Documents. could i delete?
These files take up a lot of memory could I delete them? Thanks.

The ~/Documents folder does not contain anything needed by the Mac itself. I don't know what those files are, and if you don't either, delete them.
However, whatever generated them may continue to do so.
