Can't access User Manual via system settings. According to Find the user guide for your Mac - Apple Support one should be able to access the user manual via system settings the support site gives the following directions: On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then choose Help > User Manual. but there is no "Help > User Manual" in system settings on my Mac Studio running OS Ventura. Has anybody been able to find their UserManual using this method, or is Apple just "blowing smoke?"
