I keep getting the “set up this watch” notification

I bought an Apple Watch 7. I unpaired my old Apple Watch and paired my new one going through the steps on the watch and phone. My new watch is showing in my watch app and online but I keep getting the notification to set up my watch on my phone. How can I make this stop?
