Speaker quality on my brand new iphone 13 pro max is terrible. It is crackly, gives static feedback, and cuts out words in my conversations whether I am utilizing speakerphone, hands free link to car, or AirPods. Only when I have the phone directly to my ear does it provide clear sound. Took it to Apple store and they replaced the “top speaker”. It did nothing. Has anyone else gotten a better fix with Apple? Disappointed!!
