Freestyle Libre app and iPhone 12 Pro not scanning

I’m on my third sensor now and still no luck getting my phone to scan.

the first one I thought was faulty so Abbott replaced it.

the second one didn’t scan either. I downloaded the LibreLink app onto my husband's iPhone 12 Pro, and it worked. I still couldn’t scan it in mine, even to get an error message.

i went to the Genius Bar and they tested my NFC and confirmed it’s working. They thought it might be the software since it works on my husband’s same model phone but not mine.

i called back Abbott and they sent me a third one. I deleted the app and did a hard shut down and reboot of my phone.. reinstalled the app, and still. Nothing.

has anyone else run into this?
