Settings in my iPhone 11 keep changing by itself

Hi does anyone know why my settings in an I-phone 11 keep changing by itself? Also when online the page Im on it will just scroll to the top if I’m reading something, and my share play, location sharing, location on/off even Wi-Fi and bluetooth turn on from all off positions. Also I end up with contacts that have no name just the numbers saved in my contacts and numbers add to my blocked list when I haven’t blocked them. Any ideas
