I’m trying to pair my beats studio buds to my iPhone for the first time and it keeps saying connection failed try again. My Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are both on.

If you are unable to pair your new Beats with your iPhone, go ahead and reset them and try to pair again using these steps from Reset your Beats Studio Buds:
1. Place both earbuds in the charging case. Leave the case open.
2. Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and white.
3. Release the system button.
4. The LED indicator light will continue to flash white, which means that you can pair your Beats Studio Buds with your iPhone, Mac, Android device, or other device again.
If this continues after following those steps, are you able to successfully pair the Beats Studio Buds with another device?
