The purchases in Lake Charles, LA are for Crust Pizza Co. but it is showing as MOD Pizza. How can we fix this?

Many businesses use a DBA, and another name for marketing purposes. Many banks and credit card processors require the actual business name, and not the name on the marquee. You can make suggestions for corrections, but the ultimate decision will not be up to Apple or Goldman Sachs (issuer and servicer of Apple Card). The decision on naming is up to the merchant and the credit card processor that the merchant runs the credit cards through.

How to report a merchant error on a charge on your Apple Card

On your iPhone

  1. Open the Wallet app and tap Apple Card.
  2. Under Latest Transactions, find and tap the transaction that you want to report an error.
  3. Under Transaction History, tap the transaction again.
  4. Tap Incorrect Merchant Info.
  5. Tap Merchant Name.
  6. Tap Add More Details — correct the name and provide any additional information you can.
  7. Tap Done in upper right corner.
  8. Information will be reported to Apple

There is no guarantee that any corrections or additions can be made. Goldman Sachs and Apple cannot correct merchant information.
