How can I recover my calDAV password
OK, I have not forgotten my Apple ID Password, so that is not my problem. What I am trying to do is resync my phone and computer calendars and when it tells me to verify the calendar, it asked for my calDAV password and nothing I try works.

It sounds like you are syncing with a third-party account calendar. You will need to contact the service you are syncing with to recover the password. You can delete and re-add the account: Add or delete calendar accounts on Mac.
