How do I resolve caldav password issue on Iphone?
Opening either reminders or calendar, I am asked to enter my wife’s CalDav password, which neither of us know. How do I resolve this?
A “CALDAV” is a calendar server that you have subscribed to, usually for a shared or public calendar such as a school or sports schedule. Normally they don’t require a password, but if yours does you need to contact the calendar provider and ask them.
To see what the calendar is open the Calendar app and look under SUBSCRIBED. You should see the calendar there. If you no longer want to subscribe go to Settings/Calendars/Accounts and tap on it, then tap to delete it.
