app store disabled

i tried to download an app and it says my account is disabled from app store and itunes. i’m not sure why, everything else worked fine and i had also downloaded an app a few minutes before i tried to download another.

iPhone 8, iOS 14

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
