The iPhone itself does not. An iPhone, all iPhones, use 5V USB standard voltage on the lightening port. USB power voltage is standardized world wide at 5V. The power adapter brick from Apple that converts household power to USB 5V is universal voltage in terms of the household supply, but may need plug adapters depending on where in the world it is being plugged in.

Apple's "Fast Charging" accepts input power at different voltages with an Apple OEM or MFi USB-C to Lightning cable. However, it would require an iPhone capable of utilizing higher voltages that 5V. It should default to 5V before perhaps negotiating a higher voltage. I've had no issues with my iPhone 7 (no Fast Charging) and a USB-C to Lightning cable.
This video shows someone testing different USB-C power adapters with an iPhone 12 and a USB power reader that displays voltage and current. The iPhone 12 is pulling 9V at 2A for most of them.
