My phone is detecting my temporary number

Hello! I just switched network providers and now my iPhone is detecting my temporary number as my main number. When I send an iMessage, its using my temporary number. When I send a regular sms, its using my main number. I tried the network reset, removing my sim, turning my phone on and off, but nothing is working. I even spoke with my network provider but they're unable to fix it.
