Can't connect Canon t3i as a webcam

Hi guys, I'm trying to connect a Canon t3i as a webcam using Canon's Webcam Utility software and it's not working. It doesn't even recognize the camera.

I tried using OBS, but it consumes a lot from the computer and doesn't work on all platforms I need. Example: works on mmhmm, but doesn't work on Meet.

Any advices? My op. system is macOS Monterey 12.4.

What did Canon have to say? It's their responsibility to make their product work with Apple's OS, not the other way around.
