Tap to download

When looking through old messages, whenever there is a media presence, it says tap to download. Whenever tap to download is initiated it doesn’t do anything. I have tried signing out of Apple ID, resetting network settings, and toggling the mms tab. Is there anything else that could be done

Whatsapp message search not working after changing to new iphone Hello, I recently changed phones and whatsapp search is not working properly, I transfered everything via icloud to my new phones including the chat backups for whatsapp, but when I try to search for a word in general search bar or contact sesrch bar in whatsapp it shows “Preparing Results 0%) and it gets stuck like that for hours, not a single message shows up (even the ones I recieved after the backup) I tried to backup the chat, delete whatsapp, redownload and restore chats 4 times! I tried restarting my phone and connecting to different wifis as well as celluar data. I’m just so lost. I tried everything online that I could find. Does anyone have a solution for this? Please help :(

Probably you may have chanegd your Apple ID on the device.
