Can't make or receive calls on iOS 15
My iPhone 12 won't make or receive calls since updating to iOS 15.5. I've factory reset my phone, reset network settings, had a new sim card, the lot. Followed every instruction from Apple's support site and from my network provider. Tested the sim card on another phone, and it works fine, so it's not a problem with my provider. Interestingly, the provider I am with actually switched which network I'm on when giving me the new sim card (Vodafone to O2), so I also know it's not isolated to a single network. My mother-in-law is also having the same problem.
There are at least 10 threads about this being a problem for some people since iOS 15 was released, and yet any answers received are cut and pasted from apple or links to apple support articles, none of which work (I've tried them all). This is clearly an issue with iOS 15 itself for some people, yet we're 5 updates in and still no answer. I've even seen someone say they got their phone replaced by the apple store and it STILL didn't fix the problem.
I'm having to use Whatsapp to make calls, but unless have the app open when someone tries to call me, even that doesn't work. I basically currently have a phone I can't use AS A PHONE.
