Apple charged me for a free Apple TV trial

I thought it was a good idea to try out the free 7 day trial on Apple TV+.

I created a new Apple ID and clicked the "Start Free Trial" button on https://tv.apple.com/ and after submitting my credit card information I was instantly charged 5.99€. Apple already declined two of my refund requests without any explanations.

Apple give me my money back? I only wanted to try out the service and you charged me for it without my permission.

They can do whatever they want now? What can I do? I don't even have proper registers of correspondence for a reclamation application for my bank, because Apple support doesn't have emails/chats for me to save and Apple doesn't show me my own refund requests nor answer them in any meaningful way.

How to get in contact with Apple? They won't respond to my reports. Absolutely s**t company. Do not buy anything from this piece of s**t company that doesn't give a f**k about their customers.

They charged me by mistake! And I can't fu**ing get a hold of anyone from Apple. Just getting their automated answers of my Apple TV+ being not refundable.
