I've got an old MiniMac running High Sierra. Had to replace mouse, bought an inexpensive one. The curser works, but the wireless keyboard won't print anything. Sorry for the really basic question, but I'm really old and can't find an answer anywhere.

Thanks for your kindness in answering. I actually think I figured it out myself - astonishing! I had unplugged the first dongle (for the pitiful mouse) and replaced it with the new one to work with the new mouse. I looked up the keyboard and discovered the dongle works with KB and mouse, so I plugged it back in as well....and voila - everything works! Thanks...

Tough to tell, I recommend keeping a cheap wired version of each for testing or emergency purposes.
I've had the Wisfox keyboard for over a year and it works fine. It was new when I bought it. The mouse that came with it is the one that I was replacing, and I wondered if that was the problem: not a new Wisfox mouse?
