Magic mouse not connecting currently ?

Hi there

My Magic Mouse has decided not to connect to my 27" 2020 iMac anymore.

I have tried with my older Magic Mouse too & am having the same problem.

Everything was fine until it wasnt & I havent done anything new. I had a issue last week but it resolved itself. I am having to use a wired mouse currently.

I suppose the only change is that I am using a new printer on my wifi network.

I have turned the bluetooth off then on & rebooted & both mice are shown as connected when the lightening cable is attached but when I remove it its showing as not connected. I have use the Forget this device button & then plugged the cable in again & it doesnt help.

Very odd.

Some advice would be welcome. Can the mouse be rebooted?

My bluetooth keyboard seems ok.

I am using Ventura 13.2.1

Thanks

Steve

Same issue I am suffering from past few months. Installing all new updates thinking issue will be solved in latest one , but nothing is getting solved. My Mac OS version is Ventura 13.3.1

Keypad is working excellent.

Magic Mouse not connecting. It shows in Bluetooth "nearby Devices" , when click on Connect, it shows Connected , but never works.

After few seconds it also disappears from Nearby Devices.
