how do I use Avery labels in pages? I need to create name badges the Avery labels 5392

"Apple Pages" has also been added to Avery's Canadian site as an available format for these templates.

From the home page (Avery.ca in my case):

• Click Templates to open a two item menu.
• Click Find Templates.
• Enter the label number (5392) in the box, and press return.
• Check that the template image shown matches your needs, then
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Pages icon.

The template will be sent to your download folder.

You can download Microsoft Word label template files for from Avery (https://www.avery.co.uk/software/templates-microsoft-word). The Word templates work fine with Pages - although I've not tried the 5392 template. Note - you will need the product code, which is found on the packet of Avery labels.

If you are in the U.S. Avery offers blank templates in the Pages document format, so no need to adapt a Word template. Pick the relevant badge template from here, and click the WePrint link to gain access to the downloadable Pages template.

Consider using the Avery Design & Print Online tool for this purpose, as it will save you hours of work trying to do it in Pages.
