Hello ~ Work through all the steps here:

If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro

If still no help go to upper right hand corner and then click on Get Support or:

Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple

Your iPhone my need a checkup.
