I'm not getting my messages. And it switched to the double masks and I didn't do it.

The 2 masks showed up on my watch. I didn't selected it. I'm not getting messaged. Even Apple sent me a code to be here. My watch showed me a got a message from apple. But it wouldn't show the code. Last night i shut my watch off. In the morning it was on and let me scroll up. I didn't see what I used to have to get my messages. Everything else works like it should. I'm not real savvy about smart devices. Any help will be appreciated.
