Pixel auto tracker OUTLINE 2.2 not tracking correctly in FCPX 10.6.2

I keep trying to outline and track using Pixel Film Studios auto tracker outline 2.2. I do everything according to the instructions and outline the property (using for real estate videos) from drone footage. It begins tracking fine but will not maintain the proper outline as I had set it. I have used all options of tracking type and keep getting same result

Any known issues or suggestions?
