How to import contacts to Google drive

My iPhone broke and all my contacts are in there and I don't know exactly how to go about trying to import my contacts or export them so I can put them on Google drive until I can get a new iPhone

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 15

You can double check on iCloud to see whether any contacts were backed up when your iPhone was operating normally. You can use a computer or another device to go to 👉 www.icloud.com and then get to the Contacts category. If you see any contacts there, then you can export them to your computer. If you do not see all of your contacts then you are back to square one where you would have to get your iPhone fixed first and then create a backup (mentioned in the responses above).

  1. I am not sure how broke is your broken iPhone. If the display is not operational then you are not going to be able to create any backups after the fact until the display has been repaired.
  2. Do you have backups created on iCloud or a computer before the iPhone was broken? If YES, then you can restore your new iPhone from that data. If you do not, then point 1 (above) applies again.
