I’m unable to allow access to my apps as there is no camera or
photo toggle option in the app settings. When I go into the app itself I click enable access which sends me to settings but there’s nothing there to select. All apps requiring access to photos, camera and microphone are impacted. Please help!

You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions: Under Privacy, ensure that Photos, Camera and Microphone are set to Allow.
