Check the Battery Health on your iPhone

Settings > Battery > Battery Health > Maximum Capacity

If the number is 80% or less, the battery needs to be replaced.

Take the Phone in to an Apple Store or Apple Servicer. Cost is about $70 for the new battery that you need.
