Apple Care not offering monthly

I want to purchase Apple care on my new iPad Pro. It is not giving me options for monthly installments, which it has done every other iPad I have covered. It only offers the pay in full $149. I even tried it through Apple.com


is there a way to get it monthly?

iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 3rd Gen, Wi-Fi, Cell
