I want to purchase Apple care on my new iPad Pro. It is not giving me options for monthly installments, which it has done every other iPad I have covered. It only offers the pay in full $149. I even tried it through Apple.com
is there a way to get it monthly?

In many regions, the initial AppleCare+ contract is for two years - after which cover can be extended for a monthly fee.
I have always been able to do monthly right away on all devices. Just kind of strange on this one
