Some of the call voice sounds distorted and robotic

The distortion doesn't happen all the time but for some calls, it would happen. It sounds like distorted frequency for the voice. If I press "Loudspeaker" and take it back to normal again, the voice sounds alright. It's a new phone (a month or so) and it started to happen from the beginning.
