iPhone 13 mini screen scratches easily

I only used my iPhone for a month and there are deep scratches in the corner of the display.

It had no scratches. Once, I put the phone under my pillow while sleeping. When I woke up, I saw scratches and could not understand how did it happen. There are also other scratches in the display that are minor but still happened for no obvious reason.
