Does anyone have experience with a scratch on the iPhone 14 Pro Max display from the factory? Immediately after unpacking and removing the protective foil, I noticed a 0.5mm deep scratch on the right side of the screen. The local reseller says it's not possible. Has anyone experienced a similar problem - a damaged display on a brand new iPhone?
