How can I tell if any other devices are receiving my txts or call

Open Settings, tap on your name at the top. Listed at the bottom of the screen are any devices that share your Apple ID, which is the only way they can see your texts and the history of your calls, and then only if you sync them to iCloud. You can tap on any device and remove it if you see any other than your phone.
