Audio BOOKS won't stay paused.

Ongoing problem with Audible Books not staying paused.

At first...I thought it was Waze. I was driving with Waze and listening to a audible book. I would get into a spot in the road where I wanted/needed the book to stop. I would press Pause. It would Pause. Waze would speak and then the book would start playing. Very annoying....the only way to get audible to stop is to close all my applications. I had many tickets open with Waze, but no go.

THis last week, I tried something different. I had ZERO (0 , NADA, nothing) applications running. I started audible and listening to my book. I would press the iphone button and ask Siri the time. Siri would repeat the time and then the book would start.

So, its not Waze....it has to be something in the IOS?

Any suggestions?
