Face ID

So, I got this message from Apple, saying that my Face ID was disabled. I have an iPhone 11 Pro, and I went into settings, to change the face ID, but it was great and would not let me click on anything. I did also drop my iPhone 11 Pro in my hot tub today, but I can’t remember if I got the message before or after that happened. My phone still works the second I picked it up though from the hot tub, so I don’t know what to do. Can you maybe give me Apple’s number so I can call and ask?
