Hi there! Sorry to hear this is happening to you. Fortunately, there are some steps we can take to resolve this.
First try a hard reset. For an iPhone, its the equivalent of unplugging/replugging in a computer. To do this, Press and release the volume up button, then the volume down button, then press and hold the side button.
Worst case, we can restore the iPhone, you can do this by following the instructions below:
