There are a few possible reasons why your iPhone might be restarting every 15 minutes:

  1. A software issue: Sometimes, an issue with the software on your iPhone can cause it to restart repeatedly. This could be due to a bug in the operating system, or it could be caused by a problem with a specific app or setting.
  2. A hardware issue: If your iPhone is restarting due to a hardware issue, it could be caused by a problem with the battery, the charging port, or another component of the device.
  3. Overheating: If your iPhone is getting too hot, it may automatically shut down to protect itself. This can cause it to restart when it cools down.

To troubleshoot the problem, try the following steps:

  1. Force restart your iPhone Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
  2. Check for updates: Make sure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS. To do this, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
  3. Reset all settings: This will reset all of your iPhone's settings to their default values, but it won't delete any of your data. To do this, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.
  4. Restore your iPhone from a backup: If none of the above steps work, you may need to restore your iPhone from a previous backup. This will erase all of your data and settings, so be sure to back up your iPhone before proceeding. To restore from a backup, connect your iPhone to your computer and use iTunes to restore from a recent backup.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, it's possible that there is a hardware issue with your iPhone. In this case, it may be necessary to have it repaired or replaced.
