I need to switch my Game Center because I spent money on one and want to use it but I have 2 game centers on one Apple ID and I didn’t know how I made them to lease help me switch it

Game Center accounts and Apple ID's are the same thing, essentially you cannot have two Game Center accounts under one Apple ID. The second account is almost certainly a second separate Apple ID.
If you'd like to sign out of that secondary account you can do so under Settings > Game Center. If the Apple ID you're signed into is not the one you want to use, scroll to Sign Out at the bottom, then after signing out, sign back in and enter the Apple ID credentials you'd like to use.
If you need further help isolating which Apple ID is which, we'd advise contacting Apple Support directly for assistance at that point.
