Brand new iphone 16 pro’ battery not recognized/not genuine apple battery I bought a new 16 pro 256 gb and it had this issue. I wanted to know if anyone has the same issue. If you have this issue , what does apple do? Do they replace the phone or just replace the battery? Please do reply. My phone was sent to service center for checking.

It says that my battery has a unknown part Whenever I start my phone it randomly turns off and it says I have a unknown part in my phone it also doesn’t stay on for more than 10 minutes

Lesson learned. Take the phone to an Apple Store or Apple Servicer for a new genuine battery. Will be about $70 plus tax, etc.
