Why is my account disabled? I’m trying to upgrade my storage but it says my Apple ID account is disabled in the iTunes Store.

Apple ID being disabled could be due to many things such as billing issues, attempted login somewhere else, Disputed charges, or more. You can visit https://iforgot.apple.com/ and Enter your Apple ID, Click “Continue”, then Enter the phone number linked with the Apple ID, then on the iPhone, look from a notification, and Tap "Allow". This resets your password which will fix the issue. You could also reset your password inside the Apple device, under Settings, "YOURNAME", "Password & Security", then "Change Password" If none of these work contact Apple Support for help.
