use my macbook to update apple watch

I just bought an Apple Watch SE and am working to set it up. Is there a way to enter data on my Macbook Pro and then update the watch? For example, under the health category, I want to include my meds. That's 24 entries. It would be much easier if I could do that on the Macbook rather than trying to enter the information from the watch interface. I can't find anything in the app store that would let me do that.

  1. Launch Health app on the phone.
  2. Tap 'Browse'
  3. Tap your profile picture.
  4. Tap 'Medical ID'
  5. Tap 'Edit' in top right corner.
  6. Tap on medication.
  7. Enter your medication.
