MacBook Pro early 2013 error 102, can’t update OS X

I have a MacBook Pro early 2013 and I reinstalled the os and now when I try to update the iTunes it shows error 102 , if I want to download any app it says error 102 , what to do? Before the installation it was working absolutely fine, it was updated to the os cantina, now I can’t do anything. It’s running OS X Mountain Lion . Please help

Do you see the same error 102 if you try another internet network? We're asking to see if the issue is isolated to a specific internet network or all internet networks you connect the MacBook Pro too.


Also, are you able to sign in without any issues on the MacBook Pro? For example, are you able to sign into iTunes without any issues? We're asking because it appears that you keep seeing this error 102 when trying to use your Apple ID to update or download apps. Your answers can help us isolate what might be going on and determine possible next steps.


Also, if you haven't already, you can see if restarting your MacBook Pro may help. Restarting can seem like a simple step, but it refreshes the data/software on your device and might help resolve unexpected issues like this.
