Why is the call with Hold option only available with iPhone 11 and later, the earlier models are not supported/don't have it. I would love to know which iPhone model supports the feature because it seems easier than the countdown where you have to wait for 10 seconds.

With iPhone 7 or earlier you press the side button 5 times rapidly to initiate the emergency call.
