Started subscription to watch program but still being asked to pay more?

My daughter was wanting to watch Young Sheldon Series 4 and we noticed we could get this on Apple TV so paid for the subscription, however still can’t get access to the program as asking for further payment?

Are we doing something wrong or are apple asking further payment?

if we knew this was the case we wouldn’t have taken out subscription.

“Paid for the subscription…” to what exactly? There are many possible answers here. Very likely you subscribed to the wrong service.

I believe Young Sheldon is available on HBO Max. Or it is available on Apple TV+ for a small additional fee.

Buying a subscription to AppleTV+ does mean you have access to all content available in AppleTV+. Yes, you have access to some content, such as Apple Original programming, but you are evidently looking to access content which is not included in the monthly subscription and would therefore require paying an additional fee.
