Data lost
MY DATA THAT WAS ALOCATED IN FILE APP WHERE I MAKE FOLDER TO SAVE THAT DATA BUT THERE WAS NO ICLOUD BACKUP SETUP. AND THAT DATA WAS DELETED BY MY SELF. PLEASE SOMEONE GUIDE ME.

Did you check the Trash if it is still there? (hope so)
Did you check your latest backup (hope you do have backups) to see if your data is there?
Otherwise, sorry, no other way to recover that.
