I’m not entirely certain what you’re reporting… Is the key malfunctioning, or is there some confusion over the key chord used?
Is the following the same layout used on your keyboard, with option-Q expected to get @? Some of the Apple Spanish keyboards have the @ on the 2 key; option-2.
So option-Q doesn’t get the @?
Is the keyboard set to Spanish or Latin American Spanish, as would be expected?
Does the keyboard viewer show the keys (except maybe option-Q chord?) registering as expected, including the Option and Q keys separately?
