When on a phone call or meeting in a noisy place, Does AirPod Pro focus on my voice only and not pick up background noise to people on the meeting when I talk?

Voice Isolation feature is available on FaceTime or app that support it. During a FaceTime call, open Control Center, tap Mic Mode, then select Voice Isolation.
