Unable to restore purchase for Time Magazine

I'm a long time subscriber to Time Magazine on my iPad. Yesterday, I lost the ability to download issues. I've tried to Restore iTunes Purchases on the Sign In page, but I get a pop-up that says "Restoring purchases..." for many minutes. Of course no purchases are restored.


I've tried the following:

  1. Deleting app and reinstalling.
  2. Cancelling my subscription.
  3. On the Profile page I click on Restore iTunes Purchases and then the red Restore button. I do get a pop-up saying Restore Successful, this may take a few minutes, but I never get my issues in the Library.


Any ideas? If this cannot be fixed, can I at least have a full refund for the balance of my subscription?
