I'm not sure what's going on how can it take a week for it to analyse my Photo's library, this is the new Mac Studio Ultra! I have 38,872 photos & 1745 video' s it's pretty big but really does it take this long? it's been on night & day & sleep is turned off.
Is Photo's not optimised? if I look in activity monitor not much is being used at all, CPU load is minimal.

The analysis is a low priority background task, but also very time intensive (a LOT of image processing is done). It can take weeks. Just leave it to get on with it and continue to use the mac and photos as you need to.

Again, it appears that photoanalysisd does not run while Photos is running. Try quitting Photos.
It is unclear just how to kick photoanalysisd in the pants to get it to run consistently. Do you have Photos running? You might try quitting it when you are not using it.
That could be quite normal since each frame of a video is also analyzed and you have a lot of videos.
Thanks for the reply Keith, I agree it's just not consistent, but Photos is running 24/7, today I tried a Photos repair as per Apple's website, it didn't take long to go through it, but the result is the analysing has started all over again from scratch, while it was 80% done on the bar it's now back to 10% :( Nice going Apple.
